FROZEN ETHNIC FOOD
I know that the American consumer has tried frozen vegetables for Chinese stir fry. But I think your average Joe and average Jane don't know about the frozen food aisle in a lil' grocery store called Trader Joe's.

For all those consumers shopping at Ranch 99 Market or similar Asian ethnic grocery chain, be aware of what surprises I found (with some recommendations) at a predominantly white consumer chain.

Frozen Chicken Masala

My boyfriend introduced me to this affordable ($2.97 for one serving) find. He started his recent mornings chowing down to the slightly spicey (I can hang) dish. I love Chicken Masala. And this frozen find isn't your typical Lean Cuisine cuisine.
