WHERE'S FRANKIE?

Many people have asked me this lately. He's still on FEMA Duty in Jacksonville. Ivan totally missed them but Jeanne is on the way. Meterologists project Jeanne to head up Florida's Atlantic cast. Jacksonville is on the Atlantic Coast. Frankie should be heading home in a week and a half so hopefully Jeanne will still be in the Carribean!
